ACT Therapy Services provides pediatric speech therapy, occupational therapy, orofacial myology, augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), Safe and Sound Protocol, and Gestalt language processing. Serving children and families across North and South Carolina, including the Charlotte area, the practice addresses communication, swallowing, sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, and social-emotional regulation. Specific age ranges vary by service, with speech therapy available for clients under 18, occupational therapy for ages 2 to 18, and orofacial myology for ages 4 through adulthood. Therapy is delivered using play-based, neurodiversity-affirming care that incorporates each client's unique interests, values, and daily activities. The team also collaborates closely with parents and caregivers to share practical strategies and tools for supporting skills at home.
