1. About AutismResources.ai

AutismResources.ai is a directory that helps families discover autism-related resources, programs, and events. Businesses may claim a free listing or subscribe to a Premium listing for enhanced visibility and features.

2. Accounts & Your Responsibility for Listing Information

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your listing. Once you have signed up and claimed a listing, you are responsible for providing accurate information about your business and for keeping it up to date, including your name, address, contact details, hours, services, categories, programs, events, promotions, pricing, insurance, and any other content you submit. AutismResources.ai does not independently verify listing information and is not responsible for representing accurate information about businesses on the site. If your information changes, you must update it through your dashboard. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or consequence resulting from outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate listing information.

2a. Marketing & Social Media Feature Rights

By signing up for and maintaining a listing on AutismResources.ai (Basic or Premium), you grant AutismResources.ai a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to feature, promote, and share your business and any content you submit — including your business name, logo, listing details, photos, programs, events, and promotions — on our social media channels, newsletters, and other marketing materials in connection with promoting the directory and the resources available on it. This permission applies automatically to every program, event, and promotion you submit; no separate per-item opt-in is required. You may opt out of future social media features at any time by contacting us; opt-outs apply going forward and do not require us to remove content already published.

2b. Communications Consent

By creating an account and maintaining a listing, you consent to receive communications from AutismResources.ai, including service-related notices, account updates, and marketing emails such as newsletters, promotions, and feature announcements. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing messages will not affect service-related or transactional communications required to maintain your account.

3. Premium Listing — Billing Terms

The Premium Listing is a recurring monthly subscription at $50 USD per month.

  • Billing date: Premium subscriptions are automatically billed on the first day of each calendar month. Your card on file will be charged on the 1st every month until you cancel.
  • First charge (proration): If you subscribe mid-month, you are charged a prorated amount at signup covering the remainder of the current month, and your first full monthly charge of $50 occurs on the 1st of the following month.
  • Automatic renewal: Your subscription renews automatically each month on the 1st unless canceled before that date.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges; your Premium features remain active until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Failed payments: If a charge fails, we will retry per our payment processor's standard schedule. If the payment remains unpaid, Premium features may be downgraded to the free Basic listing.
  • Price changes: We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email before your next renewal.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. By subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.

5. Content You Submit

You represent that you own or have permission to publish the business information, programs, events, and other content you submit. You grant AutismResources.ai a non-exclusive license to display that content on the site.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not submit false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing content. We may remove listings and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer

Listings are informational and are not endorsements. We do not provide medical, legal, or professional advice. Verify credentials and services directly with each provider.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
