About
Element Behavioral Health is a clinician-owned practice providing neuro-affirming Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children with autism in Charlotte, Concord, and Matthews, North Carolina. Services are delivered directly in home, school, or community settings using a play-based, client-led, and assent-driven approach. The practice specializes in focused care ranging from 15 to 25 hours per week, helping children build communication, daily living, and social skills while leaving time for school and other therapies. Caregiver collaboration is a core component of care, with families receiving two dedicated support hours each month with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. When permitted, therapy teams can also support children within their school environments and participate in IEP meetings to promote consistency across settings. Trunk or Treat for Kids with Autism!
Element is hosting a Trunk or Treat for Kids with Autism on October 30th from 4:00pm-7:00pm at SouthPark Christian Church in Charlotte! Element’s clinical team will each be hosting a trunk, alongside community partners and organizations from across the Charlotte area. We’re excited to bring together families, providers, and community members for a fun and inclusive Halloween celebration!
