InReach provides housing, employment, and community support for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Charlotte, Mecklenburg, and nearby counties. The organization offers residential services ranging from 24/7 staffed group homes to direct staff assistance for individuals living independently in apartments or condominiums. Participants can access personalized tailored care management, community-based daytime activities, job training, and support to help them secure and maintain employment. InReach also features a creative arts program for artists with special needs and manages the First In Families project, which assists families with expenses such as rent, utilities, car repairs, and therapy sessions based on self-identified needs.
